1. How to Cancel
You may cancel your BlinksBy subscription at any time through:
- Your account dashboard under Subscription Settings.
- Emailing our support team at support@BlinksBy.com with your registered email and cancellation request.
2. Effect of Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- No further charges will be made after the cancellation date.
- Access to all paid features will be revoked at the end of the billing period.
- Your QR codes will stop functioning after the subscription ends.
- No refund will be issued for any remaining days in the billing period.
3. Immediate Cancellation
BlinksBy reserves the right to immediately cancel any subscription, without notice or refund, in cases of:
- Violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Fraudulent activity or chargebacks.
- Non payment or failed payment after grace period.
- Any activity that may harm our platform, users, or third party services.
4. Account Deletion vs Cancellation
Cancellation and Account Deletion are different actions:
- Cancellation stops future billing but keeps your account and data intact until the period ends.
- Account Deletion permanently and immediately removes your account and all associated data. This action is irreversible.
Please refer to our Refund Policy for information on account recovery after deletion.
5. Reactivation
If you cancel your subscription without deleting your account you may reactivate it at any time by subscribing to a new plan. Your previous data and settings may or may not be retained depending on how long since cancellation.
If you deleted your account, reactivation is only possible under the limited recovery conditions described in our Refund Policy.
