BlinksBy provides an AI powered Google review generation platform. Our Services allow businesses to generate QR codes, collect customer reviews, and publish AI drafted reviews to Google. Services are provided on a subscription basis.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
- Be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- Not share your account credentials with third parties.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our Services. Prohibited activities include:
- Using the platform for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities.
- Generating fake reviews that violate Google's review policies.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform.
- Uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
- Violating any applicable local, national, or international law.
BlinksBy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms without prior notice or refund.
5. Subscription and Payment
Access to our Services requires an active paid subscription. All subscription fees are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected plan.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, branding, and materials on the BlinksBy platform are the exclusive property of BlinksBy or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non exclusive, non transferable license to use the Services for your business purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlinksBy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to BlinksBy in the three months prior to the claim.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. BlinksBy does not warrant that the Services will be error free, uninterrupted, or that results obtained will be accurate or reliable.
9. Third Party Services
Our platform integrates with third party services including Google. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for third party platforms. Your use of third party services is subject to their own terms and policies. BlinksBy is not liable for any changes or interruptions in third party services.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at our sole discretion without notice for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately and no refund will be issued.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
