Refund Policy

1. Overview

At BlinksBy, all subscription purchases are final. We maintain a strict no refund policy. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing to any of our plans.

2. No Refund on Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your subscription at any time, no refund will be issued for:

  • The current billing period (monthly or annual).
  • Any unused days remaining in your subscription period.
  • Any partial months or partial periods.
  • Any add ons or additional services purchased.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already charged.

3. No Refund on Account Deletion

If you delete your account, your subscription will be cancelled immediately and permanently. No refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period.

Account deletion is irreversible. All your data, QR codes, analytics, and settings will be permanently removed. We strongly recommend downloading any data you need before deleting your account.

4. Account Recovery After Deletion

Once an account is deleted, recovery is generally not possible. However, we offer a limited recovery option exclusively for the following eligible customers:

  • Users who were on an Annual Plan (1 Year or longer) at the time of deletion.
  • Users who were on the Agency Plan at the time of deletion.

If you are an eligible user and wish to recover your account, you must:

  • Send an email to support@BlinksBy.com from the registered email address associated with your account.
  • Include your business name, registered email, and the reason for recovery.
  • Pay a non refundable Account Recovery Fee of INR 399 (Rupees Three Hundred and Ninety Nine only).
  • Submit the recovery request within 30 days of account deletion.

Recovery is not guaranteed and is subject to data availability. The INR 399 recovery fee is non refundable regardless of whether recovery is successful.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment charged for the same subscription due to a technical error on our platform.
  • Unauthorized transaction confirmed after investigation.

To report a duplicate or unauthorized charge, email support@BlinksBy.com within 7 days of the transaction with proof of payment. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.

6. Plan Downgrades

Downgrading your plan does not entitle you to a refund for the difference in price. The downgrade will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
